Secured Personal Information:

Every service order placed on Mayra Enterprise involves embedding personal information and minute details. The data of services and personal information posted are completely secured and the information will not be sold or shared with any third party.
 

Service Availability:

We shall attempt to provide services during office hours and 6 days as long as the services are paid for. With the changing nature or reasons, services may be unavailable. Clients may need to willingly recognize and acknowledge due to the nature of equipment-related malfunctions etc. such errors cannot be avoided. We undertake periodic maintenance repairs, power failures, hostile links etc.    
 

Technical Support:

We offer technical support during office hours and 6 days, but on days of National Days or occasional Sundays such support may be limited. We may provide basic Non-Technical Support through email, chat or phone. With lesser staff and other issues, we hope clients would excuse the delay or our support during such days. Service Terms may Change:

With evolving nature of business and the digital industry, the terms of services may change. All the changes shall be posted in the website. Continuous use of services shall be considered acceptable in changes. 
 

Copyright Infringement:

As per the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we adopt the policy to terminate the accounts of owner’s websites if found to be violating the copyright. We respect every client’s intellectual property and consider the same for us too. We may terminate or disable accounts of users if the repeated infringement of the policy as per law is noticed.

A client/ individual may view/ download information or data from the website; provided the same is not republished from the website on another website in public or private. You must not delete or edit any material on the website.
